Advanced mixing carbonator ensures accurate proportional mixing of water, syrup and carbon dioxide, well controlled by screens. This ensures consistency in different batch blends, flavors and precise blending of CO2 gas. it can be interconnected within water / syrup chiller.

The beverage enters the 1st PHE where it is cooled from 35°C to 13°C, stored in a soaking jacket tank and again passed through the 2nd PHE to reduce the overall temperature to 2°C. The chilled beverage then is sprayed down from spray nozzle in form of rain from the top of main carbonation jacketed tank with the help of vertical venturi and high-pressure pump. The pump automatically draws the chilled beverage from the balance tank once the desired he CO2 temperature is maintained in the carbonation tank. If the pressure is not maintained in carbonation tank the beverage will not enter. The carbonated beverage then is transferred to filling machine.
