The inside of the bottle is flushed by spraying water and/or air. Empty bottles move through the inlet neck guide to the spin rinse section. The bottle is held by the neck and turned over by a guide rod along its axis. After spraying the inside, the bottle keeps running upside down for a while to expel the rinse water. . After that, the bottle will return to its original position.
The nozzle has a "no bottle - no spray system" activated only by the presence of a bottle detected by the infeed spider. The option to add an independent rinser machine allows you to build an all-in-one rinser-filler-capper machine for your bottles.
The filling process is done by CO pressure using state-of-the-art 2 ULTRA VALVE (mechanical valves). This double snifter has one for pre-evacuating or purging before filling the bottle and another for sniffing the bottle head space. This valve has complete CIP features. The valve fills very fast due to the positive lift mechanism. An option of flow meter along with a pneumatic actuator valve (electronic filling valve) for extremely accurate fill can be the latest option.
Various capping heads can be installed on the monobloc machine to apply plastic screw caps, aluminum caps and metal crown caps. Two types of caps can be applied on the same machine to apply different closures.
