We are leading Warmer Tunnel For CSD manufacturer, supplier in Rajkot, India. It is used for heating at low temperature after filling PET bottles and glass bottles. Cross section design facilitates spray temperature zoning with temperature control. This increases the temperature of the product section by section. Intended to reduce the impact of surface condensation on cold-filled bottles on labeling and packaging.
Main body fabricated from FULL STAINLESS STEEL. The bottles are conveyed on imported plastic Conveyor with matching sprocket.
The Warmer will have system which will able to take the last bottle on conveyor.
Water with a temperature of 38 degrees is sprayed onto the incoming bottle which should have a temperature of about 8/10 degrees Celsius. The water temperature drops below ambient temperature and is collected in the machine's tank.
The Water is Heated be Steam Coil in the in the water storage tank to bring up the temperature up to 35 Deg C. The hot water will be sprayed over the bottles.
An air knife blower is provided on out feed conveyor such that bottle caps will receive air blow and remove residual water.
After hot water spray, bottles will be discharged, which will be at 30 Degree Temp. A belt conveyor carries the bottles to the labeling machine.
