Suitable for collecting, storing, dosing and mixing liquids such as pulps, juices, beverages and sugar syrups.Can be equipped with a stirrer or mixing device, temperature indicator, level indicator and CIP spray head. Tanks can be manufactured in SS 304/316 in single/double/three layers with or without steam jacket insulation.
Tanks are welded with smooth inner walls, finished to 150 grit and hydraulically tested. Available in capacities from 100L to 15 KL in combination with centrifugal/warm pumps.
Mixing/Blending tank is consisted of tank body and mixing part. Stainless steel mixing tank with jacket for heating or cooling and outer insulation layer. There are many ways to choose the type of jacket heating. B. Electric heating, steam heating.
Depending on your technical needs, the mixing section can be selected from high shear, high speed dispersion or low speed mixing, paddle mixing, propeller mixing, etc. Reactors are typically used to mount floor-mounted legs and may also use eyelet supports on the platform.
