Our Iron Removal + RO Drinking Water Plant is built for locations where water carries elevated iron levels alongside high TDS, hardness, and dissolved salts. Treating only iron is not enough in such cases — the water needs a complete purification process before it is fit for drinking.
The iron removal stage first treats the raw water through aeration and greensand filtration, bringing iron levels within acceptable limits. The pre-treated water then passes through a high-pressure RO membrane that reduces TDS to safe levels and removes heavy metals, fluoride, nitrates, and other dissolved contaminants that cannot be addressed by filtration alone.
These systems are engineered for continuous, unattended operation and are a dependable choice for hospitals, institutions, industries, and packaged drinking water production units where both iron content and overall water quality are a concern.
